Epidemiological Studies

Intrinsik is experienced in using epidemiology and statistics to design and implement studies investigating health outcomes related to occupational, environmental, and chemical exposures.  This work has included performing cancer cluster analyses, cross‐sectional studies, and conducting meta‐analyses and meta‐regression analyses.  Our staff routinely accesses and analyzes health surveillance data in order to complete health studies in response to community concerns.  Our staff has also systematically searched and summarized peer-reviewed scientific literature evaluating potential health impacts and community level exposures.  The findings of these investigations have been used to identify health outcomes to be explored in future community health studies and to guide subsequent qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
